| Leidy Zapata | This Home Depot store does a disservice in honoring the Home Depot brand! This store is by far the worst retail store I've had to deal with. Furthermore, not one of the many employees working on my issues since October 2014 has any accountability for all of their wrong doings. It not only took them 4 months to finish my flooring job, I am still waiting for a 300 refund for materials returned to their store...I drive as far north as the New Rochelle store where my hard earned cash spent in their store is appreciated. Ohhhh and did I mention that the Store's General Manager cannot show face to take ownership and apologize for the entire team behind my order dropping the ball. This is and will continue to be the dreadful story that I tell behind the hardwood flooring installation of my new home. |
