I scheduled appointment, rearranged my work schedule to be home between the hours of 9am - 12pm for service. The day before the appointment I received a phone call that the repairman would be in my area between the hours of 11 and 3pm. I told them that was not what we had scheduled and asked for a supervisor. Nasty person on the phone said they do not guarantee times for service. This place expects you to sit around all day and wait for them- outrageous. I would not do business with them, their quotes for service are ridiculously high. Cancelled my appt with them. Will find another factory guaranteed service provider that appreciates and understands customer service. |
