| Fab Ab | Stay away and run! They charged a service fee per A/C unit and didn't do anything - not even a cleaning!!! Just said we can't use the A/C units anymore and they'll look for the replacement parts needed. After calling them several times to ask for the missing parts > nothing! They let us "fry" in the summer heat! Worst service ever .... and they dared to charge for it? Never again - stay away! |
| Martin Davis | Bait and switch Misdiagnosed my LG Washing machine performed no service but still charged the 89 fee to come out No parts on him to fix it even if his diganose was correct. Told same service guy my under counter sub zero not cooling might need freon please bring when he comes back Found out from Sub Zero when i called that all needed to be done was to vacuum the cooling unit Which i did and resolved the issue. Surprised to find an additional 141 charge on my card which i never authorized. Called several times still no refund |
