| megan herbert | Have been dealing with this company since the end of may.. purchased a replacement plan for my appliances threw lowesI will never waist my money again doing so my dryer stopped working the end of may I called right away to have someone come fix it well no one was able to come even look at my dryer from cool it or else for about a month out which I understood. Then the first visit no one ever showed up or called me to say no one was coming. So a week later they finally show up. At this point in time it's now been over a month I've had no dryer.. so finally the 27th of June the guy shows up. Needless to say my dryers tore apart sitting in my laundry room not working because parts had to be ordered! No one ever called me till July 25th asking me the model number for the parts but when I was called by lowes I was told cool it or else tried calling me countless times! Well I've never got one missed call or voicemail they said they left with me. So now I have to wait till August 8th for someone to even come out and try the parts that were ordered and hope that they work.. sorry but I would never ever recommend this company due to leaving on their voicemail countless voicemails with my name and number for them to call me back but I never got any call. And lowes well I will never purchase another replacement plan threw them again. |
