Appliance Repair by Kwik Kold Refrigeration in Shirley, New York

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would!!! Don't waste your time using this company they are very rude and completely unorganized. After I waited for about 6 hours I had someone call me and tell me they can't make it today after I explained I waited all-day for them because they were going to come today. They then made a so called exception. He said he was goin g to call one of his "techs" and call me back. He then had one of his service workers call me back With an attitude because he couldnt understand my name after he asked me about 7 or 8 times. I gave him the first letter of my name and told him it was irrelevant to keep asking my name lets just solve the problem. and by the end of the call said he was going to be by me in 45 minutes. 5 minutes later I get a call-back from the same moron saying they are too busy and to call someone else!!? So I call the office back-and spoke to the owner or Manager or whoever he was And was hung up on !! I then called back-and explain to him the situation with his worker and that I was waiting at home since 9:30 this morning, And that this was not good business practice at all. He then told me there's nothing he can-do And that he can't control what happens in the field with his workers!!!? I thought that's what managers or should I say an owner of a business does?? It's a waste of time to use this company because obviously they pick and choose what they want to work on and after giving you the run around and you have something to say about it, you dont get service cause they are" too busy" what a waste of time.....
