| Ksenia Hanlon | I am only giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. This company is a total scam. The internet service is horrible, the installation tech that came to my house is a swindler asking for cash payment for an installation that was supposed to be free, and the customer "service" is lack there of. I called yesterday stating my internet isn't working and after coming to the conclusion that it was equipment error THEIR equipment, they said they could send a tech out for 95.00. Why would I pay for a tech to come for a problem that I didn't create? The customer service representative on the phone was very nice, but could not offer a fair solution to my problem. I wanted to cancel all together due to the service not even working at my house but then I'd have to pay a cancellation fee of 200.00+. I just want the company to give me a fair solution as I have been a loyal paying customer since July 2018 and have had horrible service since I signed up. I am hoping that this review will steer people clear of this excuse of a internet service provider. |
