This perfect stranger answered our desperate call for help on Thanksgiving Eve Eve and he arrived about a half hour following our call. He advised us what to do with our range and how we could still make Thanksgiving a succcess for more than 16 guests. He also found out how he could fix it, provided us with an estimated costs, and everything turned up roses. He now is our go-to guy for all our appliances. Very professional and personable.

The water line to my refrigerator developed such a bad leak that I was forced to shut off all water to the house to prevent my kitchen from flooding late one night.
