| john bonner | Called for service for a Samsung Refrigerator , repair tech arrived on Oct 10th, was told the refrigerator needed a new thermostat. Gave a 150 deposit and was told the part would take approximately 4 days to arrive. I called a week later and was told the part was defective and had to be reordered. Waited another week but no one answers the phone just voice mail. Left numerous messages requesting an update on the part and repair timeframe but no one called back. Not even a courtesy call back to indicate they were having problems. We all work hard for our money and rely on companies to be reliable and professional. Unfortunately the Next Generation Repair Lic AR-53263 doesn't fall into this class of service. Today, Oct 31st just called another company to repair our refrigerator |
