| Bill Harvey | Disaster. Front desk was very accommodating. Guys in shop were helpful to take wheel into shop for us. Unfortunately, they do not have the skills to mount low profile run flat tires and destroyed the rim within minutes of receiving it. To make it worse, they tried to load it back into the car for us so we wouldn't see the damage. Then ran an hid. Front desk offered to pay to fix the damage but I would not trust them to touch the other rims no less the car itself. Too bad. They came highly recommended but are no more than a regular tire shop. Good for fleet trucks and cheap cars. Will go back to the dealer for proper work. They cannot work on high end cars and rims. |
