Dave F. was very professional , personable and helpful . It was a brand new dishwasher and he explained best practices for maintenance and use. I was so happy he took the time with me because right after it was installed we were away for two weeks I hadn't had a chance to even read the owners manual. Dave's crash course was invaluable !!!!

I called Jason at Orville's to let him know the oven I purchased from him had an error message. He contacted Appliance Tech who emailed me a confirmation for an appointment to look at the oven. They offer a tracking app so that you can see how far out the technician is on the day of service. The service Tech's were knowledgeable and friendly. From the time I called, until the time the oven was repaired, it was just a little over a week, including the time to order the part. Great job! Thank you!

My stove had burnt out a wire connected to the power cord. Evan contacted me right at the very beginning of my service call window time frame. He was very cordial on the phone. When he came into my home he removed his shoes and got right to work. I was very impressed with how personable Evan was while he was working. The issue was resolved in a very timely manner and payment was easy. I very much appreciate the repairs he made to my oven.
