| Randy Pritchard | I would rate it no stars if I could. I called to simply inquire about a replacement burner element. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and practically starting yelling after I asked if they carried them. Instead of simply asking if I knew the part number or model of my range he rudely stated after an awkward lengthy pause after my question, "Well you got to tell me more then that, Jesus.. cant' do anything with just that". So I politely said I was waiting for his answer and him to ask if I knew the part number. Then I get a grumble and he hangs up on me. I couldn't believe it. Then of course I try calling back in hopes of maybe getting someone different and the phone simply rings and goes to the answering machine. So much for trying to support local businesses...... |
