After talking to a few of the guys there they determined that the part I thought I needed really wasn't the issue. They diagnosed my problem without even seeing it and got me the part I really needed to get my furnace up and running on one of the coldest days of the year. The way these guys helped me out with no hesitation speaks volumes of how this company does business. I paid 35 for a part and got my heat back on. What moved me most was how these guys were so willing to help when I'm sure they had many other more pressing issues to tend to and expected nothing in return.
