| Pam Chambers | Unfortunately a negative score isn't an option. I typically leave extremely angry as I can't seen to get any help. I have only had a good experience with 4 people in the store, too bad they aren't there open to close every day. I try to figure out where to find what I need online in the store but I swear to God they block the ability to use your cell phone for this. My phone works everywhere else in that area. We went in tonight for a couple of 2x6s to wander for about half an hour as they were moving stock around. We went back to the lumber area, still blocked off and when we asked if there was a way to get a couple of boards we were told no. We weren't allowed in that aisle. I understand that they were moving product but seriously they couldn't stop operating the forklift for someone to grab a couple of boards for us?????? Needless to say I'm making a list and going to Massena home depot from now in. In the half hour of wandering we came across 8 employees none of them offered to help. Pathetic place. |
| Earl Cook | They are always helpful. And since they opened in Potsdam, they've always supported our veterans. One thing I can't change, but absolutely hate.. is all smoke detectors/co2, and all light bulbs are made in Mexico, China, and other non union supported countries. I WANT QUALITY. |
