| N I | I am only leaving 2 stars because the customer service leaves much to be desired. The woman who answered the phone was very abrasive and rude to me. And the man who came to fix our stove left a huge mess in our kitchen on the floor and on the counter. I have never had a service provider leave such a mess and fail to offer to clean it. I'm not sure that they deserve the 2 stars, but they fixed the stove so I'm giving an extra star. |
| Rambo Bailey | Honestly im giving 1 star because they dont allow me to give anything less. I was so disappointed by the service this company provided. My dryer broke down on me and i had central appliance come check it out through my home warranty. They were able to figure out what was wrong and said parts needed to ne ordered for the dryer. More than a month later and they still havent come back to fix rhe dryer with the new parts. They avoided my calls and never fixed my dryer. Thanks for nothing. |
