Borrelli treated the situation with real urgency -- George came out immediately to diagnose the system; Brittany and Katie in bookkeeping kept track of the new system. As soon as it was on its way, Borrelli sent Mike and Eric to do the preliminary work so the new system could be installed as quickly as possible. They've been our heating and A/C people for well over a decade now, and they've always given good service. Very grateful that they went all-out for us during this emergency. |
