Brad had already had a long day, was on call that week, and couldn't make it to us until after hours on Friday night! Still, he showed up optimistic as few men would, and upon seeing the scope of the job was so reassuring that it was no problem- he would take care of us. This demeanor of his is a gift to this company! I left the building totally assured that this man was going to do as he said, take care of us. And that he did. In and out quickly with a professional attitude! I really can't say enough good things. If I am lucky I will get this same man for any future issues.
