Jim Servedio | WARNING find another oil company for service. If I could give this company a lower rating I would. By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with for service. I have made many appointments only to have no one show up. I live 4 hours away and have to drive here for the appointments When they actually showed up at one point to run a gas line for the new heating systems several months later. the tech said he needed to pick up a part and would be back shortly. He left and never returned. I contacted the service manager and he said, I will find out whats going on and call you back. I never heard back from him. Several more calls and finally went in to see him weeks later and got another excuse.He Said, he got busy forgot to call us back. So unprofessional. I finally had to hire a different company to run the line so i could finish drywalling and repairing my moms home. Today the new heaters were scheduled to be installed. Just a note: I do not have a choice in the installation company for this installation. My heart sank when I found out that the company that gave me so much frustration in the past got the installation even though other companies are much more deserving. Opportunities for Chenango county is an absolutely wonderful program to help people like my mom. Unfortunatly it is tarnished by giving Reese Marshal an opportunity to bid on these installs. After trying to confirm a time this morning for arrival and installation. Ed the Service Manager Mentioned he would call me back with an install time today. I was pleased to hear I was not getting blown off again. Well as usual the excuses started on the call back. he said, We don't have the parts needed to install today can we do it next week sometime? What!!!! After not accepting this excuse again he said let me call you back in 15 min. 25 min later I get the call and this is what he said. We can't do both heaters today but MAYBE I can do one sometime this afternoon will that work for you? Are you kidding me? He then say's I will call you sometime before noon today and let you know for sure if we can do it at all. Now thats the Reese Marshal I know, At least they are Consistent, constantly worthless! It is now 12:30 and Still No call No show. Geez there is a shocker. I wasted another 4 hour trip up here and still have a 4 hour drive back not to mention the entire day wasted on Reese Marshal Again. Meanwhile my 80 year old mom is in the house with no real heat and it gets colder every day here. Do yourself a huge favor and find another company to do business with and save yourself a lot of frustration, time, and money. They Do not care about their customers and if they do They sure don't act like it. I will be writing the Owner of the company even though I doubt it will make a difference. I have never disliked a company more then this one. |
