| Joni Iraci | I had a nice relationship with Mr. Willman Sr but unfortunately his sons are mot him. I have a Dacor oven that broke Thanksgiving week. I understood that the timing was horrific and they were busy. I waited a reasonable amount of time before calling again. I was advised by Michael Willman to call him on his cell. I did on Tuesday11/27 and was told that the parts were on order and. should be in in a few days. So I called again today 12/3 to be told that he didn't recall the conversation. That he must have mixed me up with someone else and my all time favorite remark, 3 weeks into the matter, "we don't really do oven repair." My oven isn't the only thing with non-working parts." Mr. WIllman Sr unfortunately left his business to incompetents. Sad. |
