| veronica smith | NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Square One is appropriately named, as that is where they left me for a dishwasher repair. The are a subcontractor for Sears Appliance. My Kenmore dishwasher stopped working and all lights on the panel refused to go off. Shorted circuit board SquareOne came and diagnosed it as too much soap in the basin, which got into the internal vent on the door, thus shorting the board, and shouldn't be covered under my 5 year protection plan. Basically screwing me and not fixing the machine. To add insult to injury, they kept the order ticket open to cause more problems for me, as Sears would not schedule another service call until the first service ticket was closed. NEVER use this company. |
