My repair man on March 4 was awesome. Identified the issue and ordered the parts right there on the spot and even set up my next service repair that was contingent on the arrival of my parts.

Ron, certainly turned what was a terrible experience up that point, into an enjoyable one. He was extremely knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner.

All in all my stove was fixed but it was a bit inconvenient as I could not narrow down the arrival time to less than 8 hours. My appointment was scheduled between 8:00 and 5:00. The technician finally came at 1:30 so it would have been nice to have narrowed that down to 12:00 and 5:00 and I could have made better use of my morning. In the end I also found the overall cost to be very expensive. Almost 300 for a new oven ignition sensor. I knew their was a service call fee of 99.00 but I was hoping that that would be rolled into the repair. But it was tacked on to the parts and labor. I was offered a service plan that would have cut that in half but the service plan was 600 per year. I could buy a new stove for THAT price! In the end you are at the mercy of the repair service so " you gotta do what you gotta do". My stove is fixed but I'm not sure I will do that again. I'll just go buy a new stove. Which is probably part of the plan......"Just my opinion of course" :-

Your repairman was at my home on 5/15/19 and determined that my less than 2 year old dishwasher needed a new part. The 14 part was covered under warranty but labor was not. I was required to pay 123.79 towards the labor bill and scheduled an appointment for 5/22/19 for the repair man to return and fix my dishwasher. The part that the repairman ordered was delivered Fed Ex on 5/20/19. When the repairman did not show up for the scheduled appt I called the service dept and was informed that I did not schedule an appt. I DID SCHEDULE AN APPT WITH THE REPAIRMAN THE DAY HE TOOK MY MONEY. My time is as valuable as anyone else's time. I am furious that I have to take an additional day off 5/23/19 from work because YOUR repairman did not enter the scheduled appt into your system. To fairly rectify your repairman's error, please eliminate labor costs or pay the my daily wages a bit more than the cost of the labor bill.
