Roto-Rooter .. 24/7 Emergency Service?? Bullshi7 !! I called these guys on Saturday morning with a blocked waste pipe backing up through my toilet and flooding the basement with 'sewage' water. I thought this was an emergency, but it appears Roto-Rooter does not!! I scheduled an appointment online and I received an email letting me know that they will attempt to get back to me within 24 hours. I called to follow up an hour later because I had not heard back from anyone confirming the appointment that I made. I was told, "someone will get back to you at their earliest convenience". I asked if they had 24/7 Emergency service on the weekend also and I was told yes. I placed another follow up call 2 hours later and she hung up on me when I sounded a little upset. Well, they just called this morning, Monday, to find out if I still needed them to come out. What I said is not printable here.

This company is a complete joke, totally dishonest and only interested in taking your money. I am currently calling for the 10th time today to get an invoice for a job completed on Sunday, today is Friday. The owner or manager, Ned didn't even have the decency to call me himself when the price for the work changed not one not two but three times. They took advantage of the fact that I was not on site at the location as the water was overflowing in my commercial business. They never left a receipt and basically sent a plumbers apprentice who did not even come with proper tools I am told by my tenants as he had to make constant phone calls to Ned, thus driving up their time at my location. Ned has just threatened to call the local sheriff if I did not stop calling to address the current situation I am in. However I think it fair that if you charge someone 2400 dollars they are entitled to an explainatipn. In short, you would be better off asking your dog to perform your plumbing work at least he was he honest with you.
