My 1st time at PC Richards ever Nanuet NY store. I went in to purchase a bed. My salesman was Alex. The man is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, a true gentleman. He showed me, according to my requirements, different beds explained each one in full detail, asked me how I sleep side if I suffer from any pain or discomfort, if I get hot at night. He covered everything. Alex is not your typical "salesman" he cares about his customers and makes sure you get exactly what you want. After you explain what you think you want he makes sure you get what you need. I wish all salesmen were like him. Thank you PC Richards for my new bed and thank you Alex for all your hard work and attention to my needs.

I made a purchase recently. It was the most comfortable and seamless process ever! The sales counselor was knowledgeable and pleasant. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I suggest you shop there where shopping is stress free.I was very happy with the service provided to us by the staff at the Nanuet store on Rt 59., He spent a lot of time with us and worked very hard at getting us a microwave when our three year old unit couldn't be fixed with the service provided by the extended warranty however, was absolutely satisfied with their service...

Let me start off by saying customer service and attention to detail were a high priority for salesman Matt Boland which was greatly appreciated and a lost art in brick and mortars today. Matt along with his manager made sure the products I was looking at were set up so I can hear and easily see how they worked. I walked in not expecting to make a purchase and walked out with purchasing a great sub for my home theater system, which had a lot to do with Matt's old fashioned customer service. This store will from now on be my go to for electronics and appliances.
