Eddie Reyes | Range appointment made only to find out that it was a subcontractor that insisted on coming at 10am rather than 1-5pm as I was given from the appoint people. I explained that we were not there and that my wife was leaving work early to be at the home at 1pm. Sears again stated " I'm open now and I can't promise that I will be there at the scheduled time." I again told him no ones home. He proceeded to say "well I can not promised that I will be there today much less by 5pm because I have a lot of jobs to complete". We called sears and made a complaint against this workers, sears apologized and stated we'll get someone else there. Sears stated they will call back. We go a call after 5pm from, guess who, the original mechanic. He came while my wife was there. He apparently fix the gas range. Well we put the stove on today for the first time and presto, we had a small explosion like pop in the stove/broiler area and we immediately shut it off and the gas main. We called sears again only to wait again almost 1 hour, and finally spoke to a young lady. We explained that it has been less than a week that the range was repaired and she stated that they were sending the same subcontracting to look at the range. We express our displeasure and that we wanted a sears tech to come instead. Ok now we have to wait a month for repair. I explained to the young lady that I was recording our interactions including the wait times so that if we decided to go to litigation I would have records. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She them proceeded to tell us that she did not approve our recordings and hung up. |
