My experience with carefree air was absolutely amazing! My air conditioning broke in the summer and my house was unbearably hot. Ray and his team got a technician out right away to fix my system to get my house cool! It was extremely important because I had an infant in the house and they could not have been more professional and helpful in a tough situation. My system actually had to be replaced due to age and I got a quote and a replacement within just a few days! The installation team that was sent in was so friendly and got the job done perfectly. I have had no problems since the new system was installed and am very happy! Amanda and her team in the office were a pleasure to work with as well. Highly recommend this company!! They are fantastic!

Last night, in the middle of the night, i was awoken by my wife shivering as the house had dropped in temperature to below 60 degrees! We just moved in to our new home and did not have a service company for our furnace. We called Carefree and left a message on the emergency line. Within a matter of minutes, Vince called us back to see if he could walk us through a solution to get the system running. When that didnt work an on call technician was dispatched to our home. Just a short time later Eric showed up at our front door. After diagnosing our system, he found that the filter was FILTHY and had caused our system to shut itself off. He removed the filter and reset the system to test. WE HAVE HEAT AGAIN! We are so grateful for the helpful staff and technician. The employees at this company are very respectful and great craftsman. They retrofitted our existing 5 ton R-22 AC split system with new units. The did a great job connecting to the existing ductwork. They even replaced the exterior disconnect serving the new condenser.
