| Leslie Bailey | Your inability to provide a shorter window of time less than 4 hours for when the repair person will arrive is extremely inconvenient. The cost of the repair of 418 which included a labor cost of 301 for a 1/2 hour of work is absolutely outrageous! In addition the new ice maker that was installed does not work properly as it doesn't shut off automatically as it should & ice gets spilled all over the inside of the freezer & my floor! I have manually dump ice out everyday to prevent this from continuing to happen. We have requested another service call to fix the problem. I was told that we would not be charged for this call but an email I received confirming the appt. shows a 99 diagnostic fee. Our refrigerator is less than 3 years old & certainly shouldn't have required this repair. I am completely dissatisfied. |
