| Jenise Agostini | Excellent service! Came right over and helped us! We had a bit of a strange situation but my cat somehow found her way into my heating vents. I was in a panic and tried to call numerous people animal control, FD, our heating company and either people didn't answer because it was a sunday night, or they couldn't help me. I tried to find another company that was near me and had 24 hr service that knew something about heating vents and I came upon GJS. He came right over within 10 minutes and looked at all of our vents including climbing into my crawlspace basement where a lot of the duct work is to look everything over, explained where she might be and where she couldn't be, and gave us excellent suggestions to find her. We didn't find our cat while he was here but he only charged us an extremely small amount considering all the time he spent to help us look and go over all of our vents. I will be definitely calling him in the future for any heating/ ac problems I may have! |
