Nice customer service

Management is good, however i recieved my television with no electric plug there for t.v did not work. The Rep I dealt with told me I had to get coverage didn't ask if I wanted any of it just priced it in, I knew she lied but still acceppted. The next days I picked up my items and encountered the same rep marisal and she was so rude my friend who had accompanied me decided not to get an item she really wanted. So they lost her business. I was much more proffessional than her, all the other staff is great, she was a bad apple who made my experience something I regret spending my money on. She was ride, nasty and very aggressive. She also rubbed off on one of the loaders who was also not so plesant because the D.M was kind I did not call corporate. However I hope she is never allowed to talk to another customer the way she did me. Would reccomend just don't do business with marisal. She is not a good person.
