Mr Howard told me that he would install a part in my refrigerator and if it did not make the appliance work, he would remove it and only charge me for the service call. Two hours later the part failed and when notified Mr Howard refused to honor what he had told me. I have shared this experience with a number of people, both male and female and all have thought him unethical and that I should pursue action against him. Faced with now having to purchase a new refrigerator, the 204 that I paid him for two hours of a running unit that did not cool, seems very unprofessional!

If you don't give this business a 5 star review than the problem is you. It was less than 2 hours from the time I called him as a new customer To the time he left my house. He was very nice very knowledgeable and advised me on a new appliance.Do not go anywhere else.

The technician that came was very polite, efficient, and helpful. Fixed the problem with our refrigerator no problem. Wonderful service!
