Been using them for over 5 years ... untill today ... attitude and service is extremely unpleasant... borderline rude ... always wanted to give them a second chance ... but after 5 chances ... enough ... plenty of other places will to do do business with no attitude

Called DHA to come and fix my dish washer. I explained everything that was wrong with the appliance. I explained the dryer wasn't working and the motor needed to be replaced. I was charged 380 for nothing. They don't stand by their work. When I called to complain and told them I was still having the same issue no one seemed to care. For that amount of money I could have bought an entirely new dishwasher. I was told by Eddie he would fix it and it would be like brand new. Well its not. It's still not working. I don't recommend you choose this company unless you want to be taken advantage of. Terrible service. Being a small business owner myself I always prefer going that route to support other small business's but this time it truly was a ripoff.

Don't call dependable home appliance ever to do any kind of service in your home .ever,,,,,, they are not compedet of fixing any appliance .they will only take your money n drive u crazy. They don't know what there doing .they will only promise to fix it n take your money... ,,,,,,,,,,, I called them to repair a appliance in my home they took my money n to fix it n never did .then when I called them to please come n look at the appliance they had fixed they gave me a run around .for many months .n then they never would get on the phone again ...so basically I was out hundreds of dollars n stuck whit a broken appliance .....,horibbel nasty people .......Don't ever call these people to do any work ever......very bad experience.
