I would give 2 stars to the phone representative whose only saving grace was that I got an appointment the next day but then was told countless times different times that my technician would arrive . If I hadn't called all day I would not have found out that I was the very last appointment. Wasted an entire morning and afternoon when all they had to do was call the technician and he would have told them he scheduled me last; 6:30 pm. Only one phone representative made the effort to call and find out . |
