Appliance Repair by American Service in Hicksville, New York

I called on a Sunday and was surprised to get a call back, when the office was closed. Missed the call but they called me Monday morning at 7:40 and offered to fit me in then. I was already at work and asked if they could do it around 12 on my lunch hour. Not a problem. My technician, Alex, was prompt, polite, professional and had my dryer up and running within 15 minutes of his arrival. He had the parts he needed, and double checked my vent to make sure it wasn't a fire hazard. Loved my experience with American and I would use them again!

My experience was excellent. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and they were in constant communication with me. I was assigned a technician named Tyler. American Service provided a picture of Tyler in their confirmation email to me. Tyler was prompt and extremely courteous and efficient. Thankfully I had a very minimal issue and he was able to assist me at the time of the appointment. He encouraged me to ask any questions I may have in regard to my new appliance and reassured me that no question was too small or unnecessary. I highly recommend this service and Tyler the technician was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and efficient.

Josh from American Service came over to fix our stove and our ice maker. They were extremely polite, efficient, and incredibly sweet to our toddler who wanted to "help" them work. I would highly recommend American Service for any appliance repair!
