I researched the features we needed, set a price cap, and noted the two most reliable brands from Consumers Report. We were treated with respect and ditected to two units that meet our criteria. There was absolutely no upselling! I'm a fan now. BTW Berger's Hardware next door had been a favorite of mine for decades. I just never bothered to give this place a serious look. |
