Michael blum is the service guy there & he talked me through fixing our 13 year old dishwasher. The dishwasher wasnt draining right so we bought a handle first, then the fuse blew. | john teti | I had the worst experience with this place! After the third time they were out to fix my dishwasher, they still didn't fix it. They left saying they needed another part and that they would be back the next day. Not only did they not come out or call me the next day, when I called them they said they didn't know what I was talking about! The lady I talked with was rude and just continued to talk over me. They never did come back out. So when they left my dishwasher was pulled out of the wall and not operating. I ended up having to find someone else to come out to fix! This was the worst experience I ever had! I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau!!! |
