Appliance Repair by P.C. Richard & Son in Greenvale, New York

I had to purchase all new appliances. For my kitchen and laundry room. Tony M., at the location across from Wheatly Plaza, which is my preferred store, was fantastic. He listened carefully and advised me effectively. He is knowledgeable and professional, offering outstanding customer service. I have been buying appliances from PC Richards for many years. I am confident I'm getting a fair price and their repair service team, the few times I've had to call on them, are excellent.

I'm beyond sad to have been to this place. The sales rep after spending 20 minutes spending in the store left the score. I asked TWO other sales reps and they said once a rep puts your name in the computer it's his sale. I told them he left the store can you please page him they all said they can't help. I asked for the store manager. I told the store manager about the scenario he asked for his name and he simply told me to wait. I explained I have been waiting for more than 20 minutes you can see the computer and I really could not wait anymore. The PC laptop I was going to buy was a HP which was on sale and I really wanted it. I have been buying from this store for more than 10 years and the salesmen and management have been amazing but their expansion has really changed. I hope they won't be a retribution since they really know who is writing this review.

Came in for a laptop. Tony M. was super knowledgeable & helpful. He listened to what I was looking for, made suggestions & wasn't pushy in any way. Friendly & helpful. Great buying experience. Like supporting a local store not a box store giant. Very happy with my purchase!
