I have been coming here for over 5 years and every single time these guys have been 100 honest about anything I bring in. They have passed up on a few repairs I have brought in for the simple fact that they thought it was in my best interest to replace the device rather than repair. They even went so far as to find a used replacement tablet for me once and showed me where to buy it. Just this alone makes me come back. Any shop willing to pass over a repair to put their customers best interest first is a rarity. I have sent friends and family to their shop and they were all very impressed with how they took care of them. Good advice, good products, and a solid customer first attitude. |
