| Brittany T | I recently rented to owned a love seat and a recliner from Rent A Center in Gouverneur, NY. Everything went well, the love seat and recliner were comfortable UNTIL my husband and I woke up around 1 AM with BEDBUGS on our exposed skin. My husband inspected the love seat and recliner and there were hundreds of bedbugs. Meaning Rent A Center has bedbugs in most likely all their furniture. We had to call an exterminator, who told us the bedbugs were adults months old I would NOT recommend purchasing/renting any furniture or appliances from this specific store unless you want bedbugs. It was a real shame and we never got our money back. I'd give 0 stars if I could. |
