| christina santiago | What a horrible company!! Service is the Worst!! The technician was supposed to come between 12 and 4. I called the office at 1:45 to find out his ETA! The rude woman in the office tells me "oh our technician tried calling you"! BS!! I was home all day and received no calls! Then technician TED calls me wanting to know if he can come the next day at 8am otherwise he would be coming at 4. I told him 4 is fine, my day was wasted waiting anyway. He shows ups at 355, has an attitude, doesn't introduce himself, asks for my receipt, writes down a few things, looks at the part to my dishwasher that is broken and tells me "oh I was ordered the wrong part, it has to be ordered, when it comes in I will call you to reschedule". When I ask him how long does he think that will be or may take, he shrugs and leaves! If I treated my patients the way this business did I would lose my license!! My husband then called the next day to complain about their technician and the rude woman who answers the phone lied and said they had no record of a technician named TED and no record of being called by Whirlpool to come do repairs on my dishwasher! So not only are they rude and obnoxious and don't know how to treat customers but they also LIE!! TERRIBLE COMPANY, SERVICE, AND STAFF!! |
| Mike Cole | Worst service ever . When the technician came into the house he told me that the transmission was gone. It would be here within 3 to 5 business days perfect. A week and a half later went by I finally called up the company they said oh your warranty company said to cancel the call. No more information was available. So I called the warranty company up and the warranty company said that the space was too small for them to work. Well why didn't somebody just say that I could have fixed the whole problem all at once. I would not recommend this company for anybody to go to it is one of the worst companies I've seen yet. The lady that answers the phone is very rude and this company should not be open. Thanks big box stores for sending a crappy company. |
