Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Geneva, New York

Called ahead to order paint because I'm on a time sensitive job. Was told they were mixing as we spoke. I arrived 5 minutes later to find nobody even in paint department. Waited for almost 10 minutes before I was helped only to find out nobody had any idea where my order was let alone my paint. So after another 10 minutes they finally started mixing the paint. I normally don't complain about this kind of stuff but when I'm told something is being done to then find out it wasn't even started! Just another reason I tell my customers to use Sherwin Williams....

The Assistant Manager is SO helpful and very knowledgeable! Painting a room in the house!? they got you covered, don't like the color? they replace it, no questions! Got the carpet to match and replaced my bulbs to LED all in 1 shot, did the whole room in a day Thanks to the help at Lowe's Geneva!

I have purchased both my refrigerator and my new stove from Lowe's in Waterloo. In both cases I researched online first. The sales associates we worked with were very helpful. Delivery of these appliances was timely, and the gentlemen who delivered said appliances were very professional. I haven't had any bad experiences here at all.
