Horribly run business. Don't waste your time. They will “schedule” you for a certain day and time never show up then act like they never even spoke to you in the first place. Ifffff you can get them to show up the technicians are gentleman but the odds of you ever finding that out are slim to none because of the horrible communication between them and the owner. I feel bad for the people who have to work under that kind of management they shouldn't have watered down job security due to a horrible business plan. If you choose to use them for anything and deal with Carlos you will be lied to for sure.... very disturbing experience.

Carlos is a straight dealer. He will take care of you, and his stock is considerable. Look here before you buy a brand new stove, washer, fridge, even coffee maker!

they are affiliated with Speedy who also has deplorable customer service. i was told that if i did a service call with them the amount i paid would be applied to a future purchase, but when i called to make appointment to see inventory was told that no one told me that. and when i asked to speak to the owner was told to call another number who told me they would have someone call back. no call has come. NOT A GOOD COMPANY AT ALL
