I was told that heat exchanger of my furnace has blockages and thefore the recommendation given was to replace the furnace. The technician also said that he spoke with his manager and he confirmed that with current symptoms the problem is with the heat exchanger. However when I took the second opionion through a different HVAC professional he indicated the problem with the control board. Now my furnace is working perfectly fine. Beware of such companies who just try to make money by giving false reports.

Technicans are helpful and friendly.. Ive been with no heat for a week!! and temp is in the 30's and no response yet as to when repair will be done... even called and left a message..no response.

Just bought their boiler this year April, have them checked all the heating system was working correct. After four months, the baseboard heating system was overheated, even turned off thermostat, the boiler was still running, and overheated. Have to turn off the power switch because no one would like to come down to our house after 7:00 pm. In the following day, a guy showed up, and turned on the heat at each heating zone, and once the baseboard is heated up, he turned off each heating zone to see if they are cooling off. It turned out everything is working fine, and they could not think why it was happening yesterday. And, they charged about 100 for the showing up! This is insane! They could just instruct me how to check this without showing up. In addition, I just spent tons of money to buy their boiler four months ago, and they promised free service within a year. They still charged me 100 to just turn on and turn off my thermostat. Not going to recommend this company to anyone forever. The funny thing is their owner Ali just called me this morning to see if their customer is happy about their service. How could I be happy with 100 show up fee just to turn on and turn off my thermostat.
