I've tried in the past telling you guys what parts were needed, but NO....you had to always come and look first...Costing the company another service call. Someone smartened up and had the tech bring the part. Nice call to whoever changed that stupid policy of not listening to your customers. |
| lindaoak . | My Sept. 3 service repair order was fulfilled on Sept. 5, bu the tech did not order the replacement part he said he would order. I followed up with Sears the following week to find the repair order to apparently not exist, and another service order was placed for me. This repair request now has two 2 order numbers and it has been eighteen 18 days since my original service request to Sears. This is TERRIBLE SERVICE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ON THE APPLIANCE. I DO INDEED HOPE that today's service call closes this matter and gets my Kenmore Portable Washer working again. |
