| Karen P | I would highly recommend Diamond to anyone who has almost any type of appliance in need of diagnosis and/or repair. Jeff is knowledgeable in a vast array of appliances. He takes the time to ensure the customer thoroughly understands the problem. My most recent experience was with a stove that stopped working on a Saturday. I left a message late that night and my call was returned the following day even though it was a Sunday, not to mention Valentines Day. Jeff promised to come the following day Monday. He gave me the price of the service call before he came and all I ended up paying was for the service call even though he had to thoroughly clean my oven to fix the problem. Lastly I will mention that I had called two other places in case Jeff was unavailable and neither of them even called me back. Diamond "sparkles" as a diamond should! |
