My account doesn't match what i agreed to in the store. the delivery was 8 hours later than schedule with no courtesy call, i called 3x before i was called back. Then after it was in the house i was notified that it was more damaged than when i saw it in the store and missing even more items. Store manager said they would take care of me on that. Instead of being a 10 week payoff the made it a 110 week payoff. When i call for help, I'm passed around or told it will be escalated, but no one calls me back or answers when i call them |
