Carmen B | If I could give 0 stars, I would. These people were sent to me through my Home Depot warranty. My stove's burners stopped working so they sent someone to assess. They ordered the part needed, I was told that the technician would come between 2-4, the agent called me at 11:30a to say he was on his way. My husband had to reschedule a medical appointment to accommodate the last minute change. When I got home from work that evening, I noticed the box that the replacement part came in on my counter and right next to it there was a silver piece that I did not know where it came from. Come to realize that when the technician moved my stove, he pushed it up too close to my dishwasher and a piece from the corner of my dishwasher handle was broken off and he just left it on the counter and said nothing to my husband. My husband didn't even know until I got home. I texted the technician on the number he called me from and sent him pictures, and his response, "No I didn't". Now I have to somehow repair the damage that he did. Very unprofessional, I would NOT recommend this company at all. |
