We had the same problem as the other viewer. We called the company 11 times to be exact. Same guy, maybe the owner of the company, miraculously answered three of the calls with following excuses: first a claim department representative will call you back tomorrow around 9:00 AM, Second I have the claim information on my cell phone. Let me call you back. Finally I am busy at the moment call me back around 9:00 AM which I did that day two times 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM, no one answers. This guy sounded really friendly over the phone. But now we think of his friendliness, we are really disgusted by it. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PROCEED WITH THE WARRANTY, PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS OR JUST SIMPLY EXPLAIN TO THE CALLERS WHAT TOUR DEAL IS!!!! DO NOT FOOL CUSTOMERS BY GIVING THEM MISLEADING HOPES. At last we called the water heater company, AO Smith, directly and obtained a authorization code and supplier contact information. We filed a claim with supplier and now waiting for the result. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Don't pick these guys. Completely unprofessional. I called this guy countless times and he barely picked up. He told me he would call back at a certain time and tell me finally when he could make it. Never happened. I left the my phone log down here to show how many times these people dropped my call. Please don't tell me you were on a job because I've now waited a couple days to see if you would see my missed calls and call back. Where you see that I called him 8 times, that was once or twice on the hour, every hour. I have deleted my other phone calls from that day from others for privacy.
