| Antonio Mcnair | I have been a customer for several years. As a otr driver it has been a very convenient way to purchase household goods. I have paid off a house full of electronics, and furniture. I give 1 star because the new management team has no longer made it convenient for me or others I have sent to them. Constant phone calls, house calls the day payment is due, absolutely ridiculous. 10 years of consistent payment and payoff,and it doesn't matter. I do Not recommend this company anymore. Save yourself the headache and go to olums!!!! |

| Jeffrey Cheney | Was renting to own a mobile phone. When I told them I was having issues with the phone and did everything on my ended to fix the possible issue. Went to drop it off to have it sent in to have it fix. They would do they same thing I did multiple times and I told them that. Each time they would then send me on my way. Telling me to tell them if that worked. I would call them it didn't work. Then the BS with them would start all over again. Do the fix that never works and send me on my way again. They tried selling me a broken phone and would not fix it. Also I have bought 2 other phones prior. Then never broke any phone, not even the screen. One employee told me that they would give me a phone till other phone was fixed and that they did it for other customers. Just as long as I have never had them fix phone. They string you along so you keep paying for the trash they sell. |
