| gunrunner50 . | Me and my wife needed someone to snake our main drain line because it would back up into our bathroom on the 1st floor. They were professional when they arrived proceeded to only snake the first 20 ft of the main line even though it is at least 60ft to the road found nothing and left. Then my wife tries to do laundry and they had either rested tools or there arm on the drain pipe for the laundry and had broken where it hooks to the trap and water went everywhere. Luckily she was downstairs when that happened and it didnt flood to badly. I dont fully blame the plumbers that came out but when i called and explained what happened they were going to charge me to come and fix it. Again not knocking the plumbers except for the not snaking the entire length of the main line. But customer service may need to be looked at. This did happen in 2017 hopefully it has improved. |
