| Susan Shattuck | I took my machine to him. He didn't fix my problem and he made a lot of things on my machine not work.I took it to him to get the auto cutter fixed and to have the basic maintenance done on it. He made the stitches so tight and tiny that you can't get them out, I can't raise my needle now with out pushing the auto cutter button, and there is no speed adjustment at all anymore, just 1 speed. Ended up taking it to someone else to get fixed. I have tried calling him about this and to see about a refund. He doesn't answer the phone and he doesn't return any messages. If you value your sewing machine, I would NOT take it to him |
