So we called Sears who proceeded to connect us to 3 different call centers who then put us on hold for what seemed like ages, and then.... the call got dropped. So yeah we called back, another pass the baton with call centers and then we were told Sears can't help us we have to call Kenmore. So we called Kenmore and they connected us back to Sears. I wanted to cry. Guess I'm just going to buy a new fridge not from Sears. |
