I moved back to Albany after 20 years in NYC, and have bought appliances from good and mostly bad places. However, Cocca's team has it together. I would only by local and Cocca's was one of 2 stores I was considering. I went with Cocca's, and am convinced I made the right decision. Kudos to Derrick who sold me what I NEEDED, and the installation team who were able to troubleshoot my water line to my refrigerator issue. I have to buy a washer and dryer soon, and Cocca's is where I'll be headed. Excellent pricing, installation, haul out customer service. Forget big box, buy local,....at Cocca's! |
| Adam Mason | Walked into Cocca's looking for a specific type of electric range. Unfortunately, they had nothing in stock but I was floored by the amazing customer service and knowledge. There were three gentlemen looking through the online databases trying to find a range that fits my needs. There was other customers in the store and they made time to work with them and us. Next time I need an appliance, this will be the first place I head to. |
